1. OVERVIEW & CONTRACT FORMATION

2. CUSTOM FABRICATION & MADE TO ORDER CONTRACT
Raw Kinetic operates on a bespoke, custom-finished production model to maintain sustainable standards and eliminate surplus textile waste. By completing your checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Production Timeline: All garments enter a specialised local workshop queue for traditional screen printing and embroidery only after an order is confirmed.

Delivery Windows: Standard production and tracked UK transit require a total timeline of 14–21 days (2–3 weeks) after the close of purchase window. This extended window forms a core part of the purchasing contract.

Order Amendments: Because garment blanks are secured and screens are prepped immediately following order batching, cancellations or modifications are strictly restricted to a 24-hour window post-purchase.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT SECURITY
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable local UK taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue specific lines at any time without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via verified third-party gateways. You must provide a valid billing address matching your payment card to prevent automated fraud cancellations.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND RIGHTS
All content included on this site, such as logos, graphics, text, custom backgrounds, design layouts, and apparel insignia, is the exclusive property of Raw Kinetic and is protected by UK copyright laws. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation of our creative assets or product designs is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Raw Kinetic shall not be liable for any delayed deliveries resulting from courier tracking issues, customs hold-ups, or materials supply constraints at our local workshop that fall outside our reasonable control. In all circumstances, our maximum financial liability to you is strictly capped at the total purchase price of the specific order in question.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate purchase contracts whereby we provide you garments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
