RAW KINETIC // SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. CUSTOM PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All garments across all of our collections are Custom Finished to Order. We do not hold bulk pre-printed warehouse stock. Once your order is placed, your items enter our local workshop production queue for traditional screen printing and embroidery.

Please allow 14–21 days (2–3 weeks) from the close of your purchase window for your order to be custom crafted, quality checked, packaged, and delivered to your UK address.

2. CANCELLATIONS
Because blank garments are secured and production screens are prepped immediately following our batch window cutoffs, orders can only be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order is officially committed to the workshop print queue and cannot be stopped or refunded.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To eliminate production waste and maintain our sustainable slow-fashion model, every single garment across our collections is custom-finished specifically to your order specification (including custom screen printing, dyeing, and embroidery placement).

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding customised or bespoke goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, style preferences, or incorrect sizing selections. Please consult our measurement guides carefully before completing your checkout.

4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error in printing/embroidery, we will completely replace it at no extra cost to you.

You must report any manufacturing faults within 48 hours of your tracked delivery window closing. 

Please email us at info@rawkinetic.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage, and our team will arrange a priority replacement run for you.
